Product Service Notice

This Notice explains how product service, repair, parts, and warranty-related inquiries should be handled for CANYCOM products, and clarifies our position regarding products distributed outside authorized sales channels.

Contact Your Authorized Dealer or Distributor

If you have any question or concern regarding a CANYCOM product, including service, repair, maintenance, parts, warranty coverage, or product operation, please contact the authorized dealer or distributor from whom the product was purchased, or the authorized dealer or distributor responsible for your country or region.

Authorized dealers and distributors are generally responsible for customer support and service matters in their respective territories, subject to applicable local warranty terms, service arrangements, product specifications, and legal requirements.

If we receive an inquiry directly from an end user, we may refer the inquiry to the appropriate authorized dealer or distributor.

Non-Authorized and Gray Market Products

Products sold, resold, imported, exported, transferred, or otherwise distributed outside our authorized sales channels may be considered non-authorized or gray market products. This may include, for example, products originally intended for sale or use in another country or region. Gray market products may differ from products officially supplied in the relevant country or region. They may have different specifications, safety equipment, labels, manuals, language requirements, regulatory approvals, or other country-specific requirements.

Because such products are not supplied through our authorized distribution network, we do not assume responsibility for warranty coverage, parts supply commitments, service support, repair support, regulatory compliance, or other support for gray market products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product was distributed through authorized sales channels and whether it qualifies for service, parts, warranty-related support, or other assistance.
